How long does it take?
Each booking can last anywhere from 30 minutes - 2 hours, giving you ample time to design your custom piece with the guidance from our friendly team. Whether you’re coming solo or with a group, we’re here to help you every step of the way!

We offer FREE repairs on all charms and chains. Just stop by our next pop-up, and we'll take care of it for you. The only exception is if you've lost a charm, unfortunately, we can't replace that.
